3. INSTALLATION ("Build Phase") - Gibbons Aquaria will begin the "Build Phase". Typically in cooperation with the client's Architects and/or Interior Designers, carpenters, plumbers and electricians, we coordinate the implementation of our design. Our on-staff professional project manager will begin with a kick-off meeting with all of the stakeholders (Client, Architect, Interior Designer, General Contractor) to lay out the plan and to:
   a. clarify expectations;
   b. establish a project timeline and the critical milestones of the installation.
